MAST offers a specialist service to tutor and mentor learners between the age of 6 and 16 years who are experiencing difficulty at school or within a learning environment.
A learner may underachieve for many reasons (change of home or school, illness, learning differences or difficulties). Other learners can struggle with the usual method of teaching and would benefit from an extra supported and structured programme with a trained and experienced tutor.
MAST can offer experienced tuition in a neutral surrounding (taking the learner away from the home and school environment) to teach, guide and mentor learners strategies and skills that will support learning.
